We deliver orders across Bangladesh. This page explains delivery charges, how orders are confirmed and how you pay.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka (rest of Bangladesh): ৳150
The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm it.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to confirm your details and the expected delivery time. Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability, so please give a complete address and a phone number we can reach.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay when your order arrives.
- Online payment: pay at checkout through our payment gateway.
Official warranty
Products come with the official guarantee/warranty. Warranty terms depend on the product and brand.
Problems with your delivery
